Ishina Praveesha secured first place in the under 18 hundred meters hurdles
Ishina Praveesha secured first place in the under 18 hundred meters hurdles event with a timing of 15.20 seconds at the all island school games 2022 from 2nd to 6th December at Sugathadasa Stadium Colombo.
Nadee Madushika elected to Captain the SriLanka Netball Junior Team
We congratulate Nadee Madushika our Games Captain of 2014, elected to Captain the SriLanka Netball Junior Team for the 2017 Youth Netball Tournament in Korea.
All island netball under20 championship-2018
The under 20 netball team of Holy Family Convent Kalutara won the championship in the all island schools netball tournament on 18th September 2018 held at Sri Sumangala Vidyalaya grounds Hikkaduwa. The final match was against Visakha Vidyalaya Colombo. Ishani Madhushika , the games captain of the school was awarded the trophy for the best player. The team comprised of Ann Duasha(captain), Ashani Devindi, Thibashi Wijesuriya, Tharika Sewmini, Nisali Uththara and Nilukshi Shankni. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to Mrs.Janaki Gunasekara our coach, Mrs. Deepani Senevirathne and Mrs. Ann Indika Vass our teachers of sports for their guidance towards this great victory to make our alma mater proud. Congratulations champions for your excellent performance
All Island National Netball championship 2016
The all Island National Netball championship 2016 was held at St. Annes College Kurunegala on 9th, 10th & 11th of September 2016.The under 15 netball team and the under 17 netball team participated in this tournament. The under 17 netball team played up to quarter final while the under 15 netball team become the second runner-up.

The highest achievers of the G.C.E. A/L exam-2017 were felicitated at the morning assembly on 11th January 2018 by the school family and the members of the Past Pupils’ Association.
